We are not willing or obliged to participate in any dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Protecting our customer’s privacy is very important to us. We treat your personal data with care and ensure that your private life is protected. We never share your personal data with third parties without good reason and use your personal information solely for the purposes described below. Independently of GDPR, both parties are bound by medical and health professional secrecy. This is valid for an indefinite period of time until the user stops using the online ordering platform after which all data stored will be deleted.
Our Swiss hosting service provider Infomaniak is renowned for its quality all over Europe and is fully GDPR compliant.
To fulfil the orders placed on our online ordering platform, we transfer data to our partner that prepare the herbal orders and the shipping company commissioned with delivery (usually TNT). This is necessary for the delivery of the products ordered. By using our online ordering platform you agree with this necessary process. To send our invoices we work with www.pingen.com.
If you subscribe to our Kangfu newsletter about Kangfu Seminars or product updates, we shall use the data required for this or given by you separately, to occasionally send our email newsletter in accordance with your consent. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by using a dedicated link in the newsletter.
Use of Social Media Plugins
Our Kangfu website makes use of the Facebook plugin.
The Kangfu site is using cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.
Your continued use of the Kangfu site, as well as any subsequent usage, will be interpreted as your consent to cookies being stored on your device.
Attendees need to be qualified health practitioners or students of a health profession. Should this not be the case, Kangfu SARL-s reserves the right to refuse attendance at any seminar.
Should you change your mind about attending a seminar, all sign-ups are protected by a two week money back guarantee, no questions ask (two weeks from the day you made the payment).
After the expiration of the two week buyer’s protection, should you not be able to attend a seminar due to illness or disability, you can receive a refund or attend another seminar instead, given that you present a valid medical certificate. To process a refund a 30 Euro refund fee is applied.
Sometimes we take pictures during the seminars. These pictures are occasionally used on our social media channels. If you attend a seminar, you agree to appear on some of these pictures.
Kangfu SARL-S is not responsible for organising transportation and accommodation for the participations and cannot be held responsible for any issues relating to those. Travel and accommodation related expenses are the participants own responsibility and Kangfu SARL-S cannot be held responsible for any costs related to them.
And for legal reasons we have to write this: Kangfu SARL-S reserves the right not to be responsible for the correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided during the seminars. The information taught at seminars, may not necessarily reflect the views of Kangfu SARL-S.
Herbal Orders, Payment and Delivery
The online ordering platform (including the blog) provided by Kangfu SARL-S is only available to qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and medical doctors. By using our online ordering platform the user agrees with the terms & conditions laid out on this page.
All orders are placed by qualified practitioners only. Orders are directly shipped to the patient’s address. Transport costs are paid by the patient and clearly specified on the invoice. No order will be exchanged or returned without prior consent of Kangfu SARL-S.
A therapist is not liable for the payment of a patient’s herbal prescription, only the patient himself may bear the costs. The patient has to pay for the full amount of the order via SEPA bank transfer within 14 days after the order has been placed. All bank charges are borne by the customer.
Prices & Availability & Discounts
Kangfu SARL-S reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Certain products may occasionally be unavailable. In such a case, Kangfu SARL-S may suggest alternatives, or, after consultation with the practitioner, cancel the order.
A 5% discount is available for orders between 130gr – 199gr, a 10% discount for orders from 200gr – 299gr, and free shipping applies for orders of 300gr and more.
All prices are including 3% VAT.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of these pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages.
